Return & Refund Policy

At kabobstacker.com, your satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to deliver every order on time and in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our return and refund policy to help guide you through those rare situations.


REFUNDS FOR NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS

We will issue a full refund under the following conditions:

For standard shipping (under 20 days expected delivery):

  • You do not receive your item within 45 days of the order date.

  • Tracking confirms non-delivery to the correct address.

  • Delivery failure is not due to an incorrect address provided by you.

For extended shipping timelines (over 20 days expected delivery):

  • You do not receive your item within 90 days of the order date.

  • Tracking confirms non-delivery to the correct address.

  • Delivery failure is not due to an incorrect address provided by you.

If the carrier confirms that the item is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued.

Note:
If an incorrect address is submitted at checkout and causes delivery failure, we will issue a refund minus a shipping fee of $8.95, or offer a one-time reshipment as a courtesy.


FREE SHIPPING POLICY

All items ship free unless otherwise stated. For orders expected within 30 days, you will not be charged any shipping fees. Delays beyond that time may still qualify for refunds as described above.


REFUNDS FOR ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the product description, we will:

  1. Request supporting evidence (e.g. photos or a description of the issue).

  2. Evaluate the situation and offer one of the following:

    • A full refund for severely damaged or incorrect items.

    • A partial refund for minor issues.

    • No refund if the evidence does not support the claim.

Eligibility:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (per tracking).

  • Our customer service team’s decisions are final.


RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return an item for reasons not related to damage:

  • Contact us at kebabstacker@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • We’ll provide the return address and steps.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be canceled before the item is shipped.

  • Once an item has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • Need to change your order (e.g. color or quantity)? Contact us immediately after placing your order.


REFUNDS FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

If tracking shows the item was delivered, but you didn’t receive it:

  • We do not offer automatic refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries.

  • We may assist with an affidavit or initiate a carrier investigation at our discretion.


GIFT CARD POLICY

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable (unless required by law).

  • If an order paid with a gift card is returned, the refund will be re-applied to the same card.


FREE GIFTS

Free promotional gifts included with orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By placing an order, you agree that our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the item (including shipping). We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses due to delays or delivery issues.
